How to review offers, select promotions, and submit a request.
What the Promo Catalog is
The Promo Catalog is a single page where you can review all currently available promotional offers from gaming providers in one place. Instead of filling in a separate monthly form, you browse a live catalog and submit one request covering all promotions you want to join. The catalog is always open.
Each promotion appears as an individual card showing the provider, title, dates, registration close date, offer, game info, terms, and any supporting assets.
Promo statuses
- Open — registration is available and the promo can be selected.
- Ongoing — registration is closed, the promo is about to start or already running.
- Ended — the promo is finished.
How to browse and filter
The catalog opens with all open and ongoing promos. You can refine the list using the controls at the top:
- Status pills — quick toggle between All / Open / Ongoing / Ended.
- From / Till dates — filter by promo start date range.
- Providers — multi-select with a search box. Type to find quickly among 100+ providers.
- Promo types — Tournament, Free Spins, Game Featuring, Pre-release, Banner, Other.
- Sort — by promo start, promo finish, or provider A–Z.
Active filters appear as chips below the bar. Click × on any chip to remove it, or Reset all to clear everything. Your filters are kept in the URL so you can share a filtered view by copying the link.
How to select promos
- Find a promo card with status Open.
- Click Register on the card. The card highlights and the counter at the top updates.
- Repeat for all promos you want to join.
- If you change your mind, click Unselect on the card.
How to submit your request
When at least one promo is selected, the button Submit promo request appears. Clicking it opens a form combining all selected promos.
Top of the form (reused across selected promos):
- Email — your contact address.
- Brand name — the brand that will participate.
- Domains pool — comma-separated list of domains, e.g.
domain1.com, domain2.com.
The catalog remembers your last-used email, brand, and domains pool in your browser for convenience.
Promo-specific fields
- Tournament / Pre-release — choose the relevant domains and the rounds/phases you want to participate in.
- Free Spins — only domain selection is required.
- Game Featuring — pick specific games (checkbox), pick placement options (matrix), or fill a free-text field if the promo accepts any game.
- Banner / Other — fill the requested response field, e.g. preferred banner placement.
How to submit successfully
The submit button validates everything before sending. If something is missing, the form highlights the issue.
- Check email, brand, and domains pool.
- Review each selected promo and choose the correct domains.
- Complete any game, placement, or response fields required by the promo type.
- Add comments if needed.
- Click Submit. You will see a confirmation message stating how many promos were saved.
